Hope Wall 61
[Paolo Rizzatto]
Description
The Luceplan Hope Wall 61 is the larger of two wall lights from this series. It has a diameter of 61 cm and a depth of 45.6 cm. It is equipped with ten Fresnel lenses. Like for the other lamps from this collection, the lenses are also arranged on arms in pairs. The light is reflected by the Fresnel lenses as well as broken like by glass. This creates interesting light reflections on the wall, ceiling or floor.
The lamp series was designed by Francisco Gomez Paz and Paolo Rizzatto in 2009. The two designers were inspired by the famous Hope Diamond for the design and form of the light. The lighting series has already received numerous prizes, including the Red Dot Design Award and the Compasso d'Oro.
